  I can completely agree with some of the reviews here, unfortunately those are that of the negative reviews.
  
  They offered quick and efficient service (contact was always with Steph Carrington), up until they erected the marquee. All calls thereafter were ignored.
  
  ISSUE 1
  The most significant problem was that we had a lot of water seeping thru under the lining and carpet due to rain. Despite many many desperate calls/texts we received no response. Although many showers forecasted (we raised this in advance) over the next 2 days they did not recommend that we get wood flooring - to which they defended themselves saying that this would not have made a difference and that they did not think we would be willing to pay the extra price.
  
  ISSUE 2
  We encountered a similar problem to another customer where we received 80 chairs which were dirty and Martyn Carrington even agreed that they are in a bad state and that he will send cleaner ones for the following day. These never came despite almost 8 calls and 2-3 texts. Still to this day I have not heard back from him. I spent over an hour cleaning them with my mother in law on the day of the event. They have still never acknowledged this problem.
  
  ISSUE 3
  Their electrical appliance is a shambles, upon set-up, 2 plug points were not working and then two more plug points (where the lights where connected to) suddenly stopped working during our event which was hugely embarrassing, luckily we had a spare extension cable that we quickly brought from the house. They have also still never acknowledged this problem.
  
  ISSUE 4
  They lied about the size of the marquee, we booked a 10m by 20m (we had not come across this measurement before but it worked perfectly for our garden), however they installed a 9m by 21m. The extra 1m in length incorporated garden features so was largely unusable. They denied that the width was 9m even though we measured it multiple times. I raised my doubt during their installation where Martyn confirmed it was 10m, I asked other family members who thought it looked closer to 8m but upon precise measurement it was 9m wide. This affected the layout plan we had created.
  
  ISSUE 5
  They even left a bunch of their own carpet in our garden, leaving us to dispose of it.
  
  Please do not be fooled by their friendly and efficient service in the initial stages, if a problem (of which we had many) does arise - they WILL NOT fix it, they WILL NOT apologise, they WILL NOT reimburse you.
  They will defend themselves to the core and not even apologise for any wrong-doings.
  
  I really wish I had read the reviews prior to booking as I can now certainly resonate which the poor ones. Please contact me if you would like to discuss the problems/service we received in detail before deciding to book.
