- A Google User Review added: 2018.01.28★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I visitied this store when on holiday last year. The staff were RUDE, unhelpful and more concerned about chatting to eachother than serving customers. The manager obviously had NO PEOPLE SKILLS whatsoever and when seeing how annoyed I was she suddenly turned very false and smiley. The top I bought came apart after one wear, so in the future I dont think H&M will be top of my list.
